Words and pics simply cannot do justice to the monumentally awe-inspiring grandeur of Angkor which has to be experienced in person to be fully appreciated.The sheer multitude and immense magnitude of the sites which were far more than i ever imagined really bowled me over!
Angkor should be a pilgrimage everyone in South East Asia must make!!

ya tell me about it, the place is crawling with tourists like an infestation on a doggie ( or should i say froggie)
aiya i jus take thousands of pics loh and filter out those with those danged jap/korean tour groups
and since i had five full days there, i did visit a few minor sites like krol ko, bantay prei and prasat prei which i had all to myself, such bliss!.
My friend recently went there and showed me a place with a whole lotta sacred penis and vagina carvings... :P
LOL wills, yup those linga's are everywhere...
but somehow i have to worry for your friend if that's the only lasting impression angkor left on him :-P
